Subscription & Cancellation Policy

Subscription Overview

Find My Merc is available as a monthly ($5/month) or weekly ($1.50/week) subscription. Access to the app is granted immediately upon subscribing and remains active as long as your subscription is in good standing.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access will remain active until the end of your current billing period, after which it will be suspended.

Payment Method Removal

Important: Removing your payment method from your account will pause your Find My Merc subscription and suspend app access. This is separate from cancellation — your subscription remains intact. Re-adding a valid payment method will restore your access automatically.

Paused Subscriptions

A subscription may be paused if:

• Your payment method is removed
• A scheduled payment fails

To restore access, update your payment method in your account. Access will resume automatically once a valid card is on file and payment is processed.

Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us at findmymerc.com.
